Apersi-Blesscon: Collaboration for Quality Subsidized Housing Development
As an implementation of a strategic partnership to address the need for subsidized housing development solutions, the Association of Housing and Settlement Developers of Indonesia (Apersi) Jember Coordinator has once again collaborated with PT Superior Prima Sukses Tbk (BLES), the manufacturer of Blesscon Lightweight Bricks.
Kicking off their collaboration in 2025, Apersi Jember Coordinator conducted a visit to Blesscon Lightweight Brick’s Plant 4, located in Sidoarjo Regency.
In addition to observing the production process and feasibility testing of Indonesia’s No. 1 lightweight brick, Apersi Jember Coordinator also engaged in discussions with BLES management regarding collaborative solutions to address issues related to the quality of subsidized housing in Indonesia.
"The visit aims to provide direct insight into the process while educating developers on the feasibility of lightweight brick materials, particularly Blesscon, for housing projects," said Asyik Pamiluhadi, Chairman of Apersi Jember Raya.
The collaboration between Apersi and BLES is expected to provide a viable and safe solution for the development of affordable subsidized housing, ensuring accessibility for the community.
