PT Superior Prima Sukses Tbk (BLES) reported sales growth throughout 2025, amid the company’s ongoing business expansion.

Based on the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, BLES posted net revenue of Rp1.50 trillion, an increase of 2.8% compared to Rp1.46 trillion in 2024.

In line with this, the company recorded gross profit of Rp389 billion with a gross profit margin of 26%. Meanwhile, net profit attributable to owners of the parent entity was recorded at Rp84.1 billion.

On the balance sheet side, BLES’s total assets reached Rp2.0 trillion as of the end of 2025, up 10.9% from the previous year. This increase was primarily driven by a rise in non-current assets of Rp185.2 billion, in line with production capacity expansion and long-term investments.

The company’s performance showed improvement in the fourth quarter of 2025. During that period, net profit stood at Rp35.3 billion, or approximately 42% of the annual net profit. Net sales reached Rp430.2 billion, or 28.6% of annual sales, with a sales volume of 1.0 million cubic meters.

Overall, sales volume throughout 2025 reached 3.7 million cubic meters. Lightweight bricks remained the main contributor, accounting for approximately 99% of total sales or Rp1.49 trillion, while mortar cement sales were recorded at Rp16 billion.

The company also reported a production capacity of 5.6 million cubic meters per year. In terms of efficiency, production costs were successfully reduced by 7.3% per cubic meter compared to the previous year.

Although sales increased, net profit declined due to rising costs associated with business expansion. The company stated that these measures are part of a strategy to scale up the business and strengthen competitiveness.

BLES’s Chief Financial Officer, Andrew, noted that the sales growth in 2025 serves as a strong indicator that demand for BLES’s lightweight brick products has the potential to continue rising.

“Sales growth amid this expansion phase demonstrates that demand for our products remains strong. The profit decline is more of a temporary nature, resulting from the investments we’ve made to expand capacity and broaden our market reach,” he said.

Andrew views 2025 as a year for strengthening the foundation. With increased capacity and efficiency beginning to take shape, the company is optimistic that profitability will improve as operational optimization progresses.

Looking ahead to 2026, the company views the outlook for the building materials industry as still positive, supported by growth in the construction sector, infrastructure development, and rising housing demand. Moving forward, BLES will focus on optimizing production capacity utilization, improving operational efficiency, and expanding into regions with high growth potential.
