PT Superior Prima Sukses Tbk (BLES) supports the collaboration between the Central Java Developer Communication Forum and the Central Java Provincial Housing and Settlement Agency (Disperakim) in improving the competence of housing developers through Technical Guidance (Bimtek) on Housing Developer Certification and Registration (SRP2) Batch 2.
With the theme “Becoming a Smarter Developer,” this activity involved the REI Professional Certification Agency (LSP), which has been verified by the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP). The technical guidance was attended by 92 participants, consisting of housing developers' managers and technical implementers, professionals, and academics. The main objective of this activity is to improve the competence of developers in building livable, standard, and sustainable housing.
The Head of the Central Java Provincial Disperakim, Arief Djatmiko, explained that this activity is in line with the government's 3 million houses program. He emphasized that achieving this target requires the active role of developers, especially considering the high housing backlog in Central Java.
“In the process of achieving this target, the government needs the role of developers. With this certification, it is hoped that developers will gain new insights into creating livable, standard, and sustainable housing,” said Arief.
As a building material manufacturer with Blesscon lightweight bricks as its flagship product, BLES is participating in supporting this certification. With this certification, it is hoped that a better housing development ecosystem will be created, so that the community will have greater confidence and protection in obtaining decent housing.
